font-size: 14px;">第四条 组织领导</span></strong></p></li><li><p style="line-height: 1.5em;"><span style="line-height: 1.5em; color: rgb(89, 89, 89); font-size: 14px;">1、教育部高等教育司主办、教育部高等学校新闻学学科教学指导委员会组织实施。各分赛区由各省、直辖市、自治区教育厅（教委）负责组织。为保证大赛顺利开展，成立全国及各分赛区大赛组委会。</span></p></li><li><p style="line-height: 1.5em;"><span style="line-height: 1.5em; color: rgb(89, 89, 89); font-size: 14px;">1、大广赛组委会聘请高校和广告企业界专家组成“全国大学生广告艺术大赛评奖委员会”，负责制定《全国大学生广告艺术大赛评奖办法》和对参赛作品的评审工作。各分赛区的评奖工作由各分赛区自行组织。</span></p></li><li><p style="line-height: 1.5em;"><span style="line-height: 1.5em; color: rgb(89, 89, 89); font-size: 14px;">2、为了扩大受益面、推动实践教学改革和教学研究，大广赛采取一次参赛、两次评奖的方式进行。即首先由各分赛区进行评奖，然后由各分赛区将获等级奖的作品报送（不得超过参赛作品总数的20%）大广赛组委会参加全国总赛区评选。获各分赛区奖项的由分赛区颁发获奖证书，获得全国总赛区奖项的由全国大赛组委会颁发证书、奖杯、奖品或奖金。</span></p></li><li><p style="line-height: 1.5em;"><span style="line-height: 1.5em; color: rgb(89, 89, 89); font-size: 14px;">3、评奖比例：全国总评选获奖比例，平面类作品一般不超过各分赛区报送作品总数的20%，影视、广播、网络、广告策划案类作品一般不超过各分赛区报送作品总数的30%。全场大奖作品从评选为一等奖的作品中产生。分赛区的评奖比例由各分赛区组委会自行决定，但入围奖总数不得超过参赛作品总数的30%。</span></p></li><li><p style="line-height: 1.5em;"><span style="line-height: 1.5em;
