In 2007, it was named The World Youth Cup by FIFA.  As the slogan goes-‘Different Colors, Same World’, Gothia Cup aims to be a meeting place for the world’s children and young people regardless of religion, skin color, culture or ethnicity. The 42th Gothia Cup in 2016 saw 1,761 teams representing 80 countries  in 4,500 games. Meanwhile 100 plus reporters from  around 40 nations followed the event. It is the first time for Gothia Cup to be held outside of Sweden and the first edition of Gothia Cup China was held in Shenyang from 13th to 19th , August, 2016. B)决赛的两支球队也会获得奖杯和奖牌。A淘汰赛(Playoff A)半决赛失利的两支球队均获得第三名奖杯和铜牌。颁奖在决赛中场休息时进行。A类决赛设立单场最佳球员的奖项，并在决赛颁奖仪式上颁发该奖项。最佳俱乐部奖杯评选规则:小组赛第一名获得1分A淘汰赛（Playoff A）获胜一场1分A淘汰赛半决赛，决赛获胜2分只算俱乐部的得分最多的前三只球队积分。两俱乐部同分，参赛球队少的获胜。不可抗力及赛事取消因不可抗力（超出赛事主办方可控范围事件），或非主办方疏忽失职，主观失误引起的事件等导致赛事无法举办或延期。主办方不承担因此造成的赛事参与者损失、费用、损害，如交通费用、食宿费、额外费用及财务损失等。上述情况发生时，组委会有权保留全额报名费、食宿费，将留做球队未来参赛费用。或在扣除主办方相应已发生的无法由第三方补偿的成本后，补偿球队。由于战争、军事行动、内战、革命、国内动荡，或者政府行动、罢工、停工、封锁等类型事件造成的伤害与经济损失。主办方不负责。报名与付款“哥德杯中国”收到球队报名费后确认报名成功。球队须在网站提交报名后30天内付款，并将球员及随队人员的2寸免冠照片打包发至邮箱info@gothiacupchina.com。食宿费支付截止日期为2017年6月10日，如逾期仍未支付，我们无法为您保留参赛名额。通过“哥德杯中国”预订酒店的球队，付款至哥德杯中国账户。付款后请查收酒店预订确认单。收到报名费后我们将确认您的报名。银行汇款转账费用由球队支付。请用人民币支付。我们不接受个人或公司支票。重要日期2016年10月31日： 2017年赛事网上报名开始。2017年6月10日：住学校，酒店的球队交食宿费用截止日期。如有球员因为伤病退出，须医生证明，并在6月10日前申请。2017年7月10日：额外订购哥德手环，领队卡，餐卡或特殊用餐最后付款日。凭医生证明的球员伤病更换申请的截止日。2017年8月12日：到达，无比赛。2017年8月13日：开幕式2017年8月14日：比赛开始2017年8月19日：决赛哥德杯中国竞赛规程§ 参赛球员数量5.1 球队/俱乐部大名单报名人数不受限制。5.2 11人制比赛每队每场比赛可报名18名队员（含7名替补）。每场比赛有7个换人名额。5.3 7人制比赛每队每场比赛可报名12名队员（含5名替补）。每场比赛有5个换人名额。5.4 替补球员下场后还可再次替补入场比赛。替补球员需要在死球情况下经过主裁判允许方可替补入场。球员替换必须在球队的替换区进行。如果无替换区，则在球场中线区进行。被替换球员离场后，替补球员才可以入场。不按规则进行替换，将被罚黄牌。5.5 一个俱乐部所属的一名球员可以为同一俱乐部的不同年龄段的球队效力，但是不能为同一年龄段的不同球队效力，而且必须在参赛球队的队员名单上。该队员在其效力的每支球队核实年龄时必须在场。§ 6. 年龄证明 球员名单每支参赛队必须在第一场比赛前向哥德杯中国提交队员名单。所有球员必须提供有效护照或身份证核实年龄。程序如下： 球队到宿舍或通过哥德杯中国预订的酒店办理入住登记时，哥德杯中国将就地发放球员参赛卡同时进行年龄核实。 沈阳本地球队须到沈阳奥体中心哥德杯中国组委会带身份证进行年龄核实。 每个球员必须本人到场进行年龄核实，必须在第一次比赛前完成，个别迟到的球员可以稍后进行年龄核实，但是他们必须在第一次比赛的球员名单上，本人要在第一场比赛前到哥德杯中国组委会凭有效身份证完成年龄核实。身份和年龄核实必须第一场比赛前完成。使用非参赛名单上的球员的球队将取消参赛资格。 备注：球队领队（参赛名单上写的领队）在球队所有球员年龄检查时必须到场 。如果有医生证明，11人制比赛的球队参赛球员名单少于14人（7人制少于10人），可以替换受伤球员。§ 7. 超龄球员7.1 参加11人制年龄段比赛球队自动获得使用两名比该年龄段大一岁的球员的名额。报名表上仅可以报两名超龄1岁的球员。参加7人制年龄段比赛球队无此自动超龄球员许可。参加7人制年龄段球队如有特殊情况，必须在2017年6月10日前哥德杯中国组委会提出超龄特许申请，仅可以为1名超龄1岁的球员提出申请。7.2 来自美国和英国等年龄按8月1日开始算起的国家参加 男孩16，女孩16的球队，可使用超龄5个月的球员。7.3 女孩可以参加男孩组所有年龄段的比赛。§ 8. 比赛信息8.1 球队名单每场比赛前球员名单必须交给裁判。球员名单上的球员号码必须与球服的号码一致。球员名单上的球员为参赛队员。球员名单参赛名单将被随机抽查领队（每队不超过4名）必须在球队名单上，只有领队可以进入球场技术区8.2 球衣球鞋所有球衣须有号码，号码与球员名单上的号码相符。如比赛双方球衣相似。赛程表上靠后的一方球队更换球衣。橡胶塑胶碎钉足球鞋，不允许穿钢钉足球鞋。8.3 赛前赛后球队最迟不得晚于开赛后15分钟在赛场准备好上场。球队教练须保证所有球员有保险。所有球员比赛时必须穿上护具,橡胶塑料材质碎钉足球鞋，不允许穿钢钉足球鞋。球队要为其支持者言行负责。每个球队的官员（教练领导）比赛完毕立即在裁判的比赛卡签名，确认比赛结果，红黄牌等比赛事宜。8.4 比赛用球 男10，11，12，女12，13，14用4号球，其它所有比赛用5号球。§ 9. 7人制男10，11，男12 和女12 年龄组为7人制比赛（6名球员+1名守门员）无越位规则。守门员可用手接队友回传球。守门员可以大脚发球或者手抛球。§ 10. 裁判裁判均有中国足协裁判证或国外所在国足协裁判资格。§ 11. 裁判仲裁委裁判仲裁委负责申诉抗议处罚相关事宜。他们的最终决定更改，不可上诉。§ 12. 申诉与处罚12.1 球队教练须以书面形式申诉并提交到奥体哥德杯办公室，申诉提交不得迟于比赛结束后90分钟。申诉费为1200元，申诉成功退还给球队。裁判关于与比赛相关事件所做决定为最终的，关于此类决定的申诉将不会接受。12.2 警告和红牌有红牌的球员自动停赛一场。裁判委员会就直接得红牌的如犯规情节严重性质恶劣球员追加停赛场次。严重犯规将上报所属足协。如停赛球员参加比赛，将判该球队0：3失利,扣掉一个小组积分。淘汰赛阶段不扣小组积分。§ 13. 退赛和弃权13.1 任何球队未按时到达比赛场地进行比赛或者直接弃权，裁判委员会有权判定此球队0-3告负并扣掉一个小组积分，淘汰赛阶段不扣小组积分；如果该队再次弃赛，则取消该球队接下来的参赛资格。在特殊情况下，球队第一次犯此类错误时，裁判委员会可以直接取消此球队的比赛资格。例如：球队恶意放弃小组排位，或造成同组的其他球队的排位发生变化等。13.2 如果一场比赛因为某种原因被中断或不能够完赛，裁判委员会有权决定这场比赛是否重赛，或者重新在停赛的时间继续比赛，或者这个成绩可以判做一方0－3或者双方0-3负。§ 14. 比赛场地14.1 2017年的场地为沈阳哥德杯世界足球公园。§ 15. 赛程安排赛事组委会在8月12日前有权更改比赛分组，时间，场地，并及时与变更球队领队进行沟通。§ 16. 食宿规定16.1 规定参赛名单上的教练为其球员所造成的损坏负责宿舍里禁止饮酒晚11点到早6点，禁止喧哗球队退房前自己清理宿舍房间16.2 防火学校禁止吸烟禁止在走廊卧室做饭禁止在走廊放易燃物; 搬桌椅出来;走廊和楼梯的门保持关闭不遵守规定将交由执法部门，可能被取消参赛资格，不允许住宿§ 17. 保险责任球队必须给自己球员买保险（保险涵盖球场上和球场下）。哥德杯不为任何球员伤病买任何团体保险。对因战争及类似事件，内战，革命，内乱，政府行动，罢工，隔离，管制造成的伤害，经济损失不负责任。 注意：请不要把贵重物品及钱财放在宿舍。§ 18. 2017哥德杯中国赛事纪律规范第一条、处罚种类    一、通报批评；    二、警告；    三、停赛或禁赛；    四、取消比赛资格；    五、其它处罚。第二条、有关资格违纪的处罚    一、资格违纪的情况        1、使用不符合哥德杯中国年龄规定球员的球队参加了比赛；        2、弄虚作假、冒名顶替，代表球队参加了比赛。    二、处罚办法        1、判对方球队3:0获胜，实际比分差距大于或等于3球，以实际比分为准；        2、通报批评或警告；        3、停赛或禁赛；        4、取消比赛资格。    三、对于球队弄虚作假，情节严重者应当多项处罚综合使用。第三条、追加处罚    如果组委会认为有必要时，可以在规程规定的处罚基础上对其做出进一步的追加处罚。第四条、对不文明，不道德和暴力行为的处罚    在比赛中，严禁运动员、教练员、工作人员以漫骂、吐唾沫等方式辱骂或侵犯裁判员、对方运动员、教练员、工作人员或观众。违反上述规定的，应分别给予下列处罚：    一、通报批评；    二、警告；    三、停赛或禁赛；    四、取消比赛资格；    五、情节严重者由相关部门追究其法律责任。第五条、对赛场组织保障的处罚    一、为加强赛场管理，维护赛场安全秩序，保障足球比赛安全有序进行，参照公安部最新下发的《中华人民共和国治安管理处罚法》，国家体育总局下发的《全国足球赛区安全秩序规定》及中国足球协会的相关规定执行。    二、安全保卫组负责赛场安全保卫和维持赛场秩序的工作。    三、加强对观众的指导和管理，自觉遵守比赛纪律，维护赛场秩序；尊重双方队员、裁判员、观众及赛场工作人员；坚决禁止观众围堵、攻击裁判员、运动员和赛场工作人员。    四、赛前必须对赛场的各项安全设施进行全面严格的检查，确保安全可靠、出入畅通，消防、照明等设施完备有效。    五、无论是在赛前还是在中场休息时或比赛进行中，都要采取切实措施，需要时进行入场检查，严禁观众将危险物品、各种软硬封口包装饮料、杂物及可能破坏赛场秩序的不文明、不健康甚至有侮辱或谩骂性的旗帜、标语等带入场内。    六、组委会对具体的违规、违纪行为将视情节轻重，依据相关纪律规范进行处罚。第六条、对弃权，罢赛，中途退赛的处罚    一、有下列情况之一的球队属弃权、罢赛、中途退赛        1、参赛球队未按规定时间（指秩序册既定的开赛时间）参加比赛的，超过15分钟未到赛场，视为弃权，除非有特殊情况并征组委会的批准；        2、拒绝按照组委会安排参加补赛或改期的比赛视为弃权；        3、拒绝按照裁判员的要求，在5分钟内恢复比赛视为罢赛；        4、中途退出比赛。    二、处罚        1、因球队弃权、罢赛或中途退赛造成不良影响的，组委会会将根据具体情况给予警告、通报批评直至取消比赛资格的处罚。违者将根据国家体育总局颁布的有关规定进行严肃处罚。第七条、处罚的规定与执行    一、违规违纪情况应由比赛监督在赛后向仲裁委做出书面报告，仲裁委应在收到书面报告做出决定，并以书面形式下发相关单位。
